"It is my sad duty to announce that the actress and artist, the great Margaret Nolan, has passed away," he writes. She was connected to everything that was cool in the 1960s: "After she appeared with the Beatles, she was not only an icon in 'Bond, but also part of the' Carry On 'cast." Wright also recalls that she was "the gold-painted model in the 'Goldfinger' title sequence and on the 'Goldfinger' poster".

"She was so funny and astute"

Edgar Wright said of the filming together: "She was so funny, astute and full of incredible stories. I am so glad I got to meet her. My heart goes out to her family and everyone who has loved her. She is missed very much "says the Briton.

Margaret Nolan was born on October 29, 1943 in Somerset, England and grew up in London. She started out as a model before taking roles in television shows, theater productions, and films like "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" (1964) with the British beat and rock band The Beatles (1960-1970), or as Bond's masseuse Dink became known in the aforementioned cult flick. In 1965 it graced "Playboy". Nolan was married to the British actor Tom Kempinski (82) from 1967 to 1972.
