Margot Robbie surprised in a black “Barbie” look at the Gotham Awards. She was accompanied by her husband Tom Ackerley.
Pink was yesterday: “Barbie” actress Margot Robbie (33) presents herself in a black dress at the Gotham Awards. Despite the surprising choice of colors, her look was apparently still inspired by “Barbie” – This time, according to media reports, it was the “Black Magic Barbie” doll that served as the model. Since the premiere of the film in which she played the lead role, the actress has repeatedly appeared in outfits reminiscent of the toy doll.
Hollywood couple opted for dark colors
The Hollywood star came to the Gotham Awards accompanied by her husband Tom Ackerley (33). The film producer wore a dark blue suit. However, Robbie’s look remained an eye-catcher: she presented a strapless Prada dress in black that reached below her knees. She wore a black, transparent cape and black patent-look gloves. Her open black pumps were also inspired by the Barbie doll. The 33-year-old had her blonde hair tied up in a high braid.
