“Barbie” star Margot Robbie (33) has had a busy evening. In London she attended three events on Saturday, as “Daily Mail” reports. Together with her husband Tom Ackerley (33) and in a black, sequined mini dress, she was partying in the British capital.
London rain can’t dampen her good mood
The couple first attended a pre-Oscars party at the Dorchester Hotel before heading to the National Gallery to attend the reception honoring the BAFTA nominees. Finally, we went to Charles Finch and Chanel’s pre-BAFTA dinner party at the Hertford Street Club. Robbie and husband Ackerley didn’t let the rainy weather in London spoil their good mood. The two beamed and posed for the photographers. A leather coat protected the Hollywood star from the moisture when changing locations.
Margot Robbie has the chance to win a BAFTA today
The actress has traveled to the UK as the 77th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) take place at the Southbank Center in London this Sunday evening. Her successful film “Barbie” has five nominations, including Robbie herself in the “Best Actress” category. “Oppenheimer” is once again proving to be a big competitor to the live-action puppet adaptation at the BAFTAs. The work by Christopher Nolan (53) enters the race with 13 nominations. Prince William (41) is also expected at the gala in the evening.
