"Well, the dress looks great, as if it would fit perfectly," writes Marie Reim, 20, on Instagram about a picture that shows her in a short dress with thin straps that is adorned with sequins from top to bottom. The pop singer wore the outfit for a video shoot. And what can you say: The 20-year-old looks fantastic in the dress – unfortunately the dress had its pitfalls.
Marie Reim: "The front of the dress popped open"
"The dress did not close properly at the back, the wearer jumped on," revealed the 18-year-old honestly in her post. But that was not the end of the problem. Marie further explained: "The dress burst open at the front, we had to glue it. And the hook to get the zipper popped off when trying to close it." She also posted a second picture showing the broken dress.
Oh dear, what a mess! However, as a professional, Marie did not let that put her off, but went through the shoot and in the end she is convinced: "In the video, you will hardly notice it."
Her fans are enthusiastic about so much honesty and encouraged Marie to be courageous. "The video is sure to be mega," one user is certain, for example. In further comments, the look of the singer was praised. "Great pictures and a great dress", "The dress is just wow" or "And then the make-up with it", was the motto of the social media post, among other things.

Marie Reim is the daughter of the pop singers Matthias Reim, 63, and Michelle, 49. At the tender age of 15, Marie was on stage with her mother for the first time. In the meantime she is celebrating successes herself as a pop singer: In 2020 she won the show "Schlagerchance" and her first single "SOS" was released last February.
