Police moved to Marilyn Manson's home after a friend became concerned that he could no longer reach the singer.

A few days after the public abuse allegations against US musician Marilyn Manson (52), a large-scale police operation took place in front of his property in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday. As "TMZ" reports, a concerned friend alerted the emergency services after he could no longer reach the musician.

Several local officials are said to have repeatedly tried to speak to Brian Hugh Warner, as Manson's native name, was unsuccessful. At one point, according to the report, a helicopter circled over the house and searched the property with the help of a searchlight. After a while, the police were able to contact a spokesman for the singer, who, according to the news service, said everything was okay and Manson just didn't want to come out. The police operation was then ended.

Serious abuse allegations against Marilyn Manson

Marilyn Manson's ex-partner, actress Evan Rachel Wood (33, "Westworld"), and other women had made massive allegations of abuse against him a few days ago. Wood claimed on Instagram on Monday (February 1), among other things, that Manson had "abused her terribly for years." She no longer wants to live "in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail". She wanted to expose this dangerous man and all who would have enabled him to do so before he ruined more lives.

The musician himself defended himself via Instagram. "These recent claims about me are terrible distortions of reality," he wrote in the post, among others. Manson goes on to claim, "My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners."

Most recently, burlesque star Dita Von Teese (48) published a statement on Instagram that seems to be defending her ex-husband. "Please know that the details that have been made public do not match my personal experience of seven years together as a couple. If they did, I would not have married him in December 2005. I left him for twelve months later due to infidelity and substance abuse. " Abuse of any kind has "no place in a relationship," says Von Teese at the end of her text.

Within a very short time, the record company, artist agency and companions had parted ways with the shock rocker.
