Marine Le Pen wants French companies to benefit from public procurement

“We are there at the heart of the know-how of French companies and industries. We hear the need that is first expressed to come and relieve them of the price of electricity and gas, which obviously has a major impact on the functioning of a large number of industries (…) but also this claim that we have been carrying for a long time which is that of economic patriotism”, declared during a short press briefing the leader of the National Rally deputies, in margin of a visit to the Made in France fair, Porte de Versailles in Paris.

The far-right MP, who was accompanied in particular by her colleagues Nicolas Meizonnet, Yaël Ménache and Angélique Ranc, wanted French companies to be able to “benefit” from public contracts, “which they sometimes cannot access for reasons of submission. absolutely stupid European directives”.

Marine Le Pen reacts to the controversy around Cyril Hanouna

She hailed “incredible know-how, whatever the field”, after wandering through several stands, denouncing a “training problem” in the face of recruitment difficulties, ironic about the government’s “turtleneck” policy in terms of energy, and ending with some shopping, a knife to peel the vegetables, some sweets and beef sausage.

Asked about the controversy surrounding television host Cyril Hanouna who on Thursday called LFI deputy Louis Boyard a “buffoon” and “shit”, she admitted that his show “clashes relatively often”. She also claimed to have “an opinion” on the elected LFI that she “could not express so badly he is”.

The indignation of Mr. Boyard is “of variable geometry”, she estimated, because “the indignation he expresses today, he did not express it yesterday when he was employed by Mr. Bolloré” .
