Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope was present during the Nintendo Direct Mini as we could have guessed given its leak last night on one of Ubisoft’s stores. On the program of this short video, a demonstration of a combat phase, a new character, the announcement of the release date and the promise to meet tomorrow.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope hadn’t given any news since its announcement last year during E3, so we won’t blame it for coming back with a new presentation of the project which allowed us to see a tour of one of the fights of this Tactical -RPG, showing what Mario, Rabbit Luigi and Rabbit Harmony can do on the field, now that they can move more freely.
We were then treated to two confirmations of information that were part of the famous leak. Thereby, Bowser will be well playable and can therefore team up with Mario and the others to face the terrible Cursa. We must admit that we can’t wait to see how he manages to ally himself with his sworn enemy plumber. And we are also confirmed the release date which is really October 20 next.
If that’s not enough for you, know that Ubisoft has scheduled a stream dedicated to the game tomorrow at 6 p.m., French time, on its official Youtube and Twitch channels and where we should discover, for example, the content of the Seasonal Pass which was also presented on the Ubi store before being urgently removed. In the meantime, it is already possible to pre-order this new episode on the eShop.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will therefore be released on October 20, 2022 exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, of course.
