“I officially and publicly declare that unfortunately there is no agreement regarding a humanitarian corridor from Azovstal today,” Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk wrote on Telegram, shortly after Russia announced that it would cease hostilities to allow the evacuation of civilians.
