(Reuters) – Artemis, the holding company of businessman François-Henri Pinault, has agreed to take a majority stake in talent agency CAA, the two parties announced on Thursday.
Financial details have not been released.
“An undisputed leader in its sector and backed by an exceptional management team, CAA provides globally recognized service to internationally renowned clients, as evidenced by its history of very strong growth,” said François-Henri Pinault in a press release.
“The company has all the relevant assets to be part of the Artémis family, while providing diversification to our assets, both in terms of geographic footprint and activities.”
