Married at first sight: the descent into hell of Axel, in depression after the shooting

In an Instagram post, Axel, a participant in the program Married at first sight, confided in his depression at the end of the shoot. A moving text.

Contestants of the sixth season of Married at first sight, Axel and Caroline unfortunately did not see their marriage last forever. Indeed, the two lovebirds saw from the start that something was wrong. So, on the occasion of the broadcast of the last episode of the show, this Monday, June 27, the young man wanted to give his own version of the facts. It is on Instagram that Axel confides then to have fallen into depression after the shooting : “Digesting the hardships. The return home with all the disappointment that weighs down after these few days far from my bearings”, he begins to write.

The candidate then returns to all the sadness he felt : ‘And 2 months of depression…2 months of questioning this disaster and 2 months of being closed to words’MAPR‘. It’s quite difficult to quantify all that I felt. Months of investment, waiting, development, sacrifice. Months of not looking for relationships, since from the moment it was announced to me, I was in a relationship with MAPR. I resumed the hikes by summits stories to gain height but especially to seek solitude, to be in my comfort zone. Very often I told myself that love was not made for me.

Axel: “Was it necessary not to show everything? Was it necessary to orient?”

Axel reveals his doubts : “What had I done to deserve someone like that? So far from my needs, at odds with my vibrations? Is what I’m sending back consistent with my compatibility? Would I have the wrong image of who I am ?”. The young man also returned to the broadcast of all these episodes : “At the broadcast level, it was also complicated. Discovering that a part of my humanity is missing. I am not a perfect Mr. I have my faults, my demands, my emotions and my harsh words. Attacks by personalities not knowing me left me speechless, because I don’t have to answer it, it’s so incoherent, unfounded, and energy-intensive. I only recognize myself in part in all this, this part being perhaps 20 % of my ME. Was it not necessary to show everything? Was it necessary to orient?”, he asks.
