The Kretz family returns to The agency, broadcast on TMC from this Thursday, January 13. For this second season, the family of real estate agents extends to the whole of France, from Cap Ferret to Megève via Saint-Barth, to offer even more exceptional properties. We find in these new episodes what made the salt of the first season, namely thrilling family intrigues and real estate that make you dream.
Tour for 6 months starting in the spring, as indicated to us Valentin Kretz, this season will be an opportunity to see the agency grow, to discover the new projects of Martin who could not go to Lisbon due to the health crisis, to follow Valentin’s complications to have a new child , and of course to devour the love stories of their grandmother Majo. A shooting necessarily more complicated because of the Covid and the logistics to be put in place to respect the barrier gestures. If the whole family had the Covid, Valentin believes that they were “rather lucky”, but that the difficulty rested with the production teams. As with all filming today, a lot of tests have therefore been carried out!
Valentine’s Day with Linda Hardy
This second season of The agency is also an opportunity to discover new personalities. Valentin notably looked for a property for Linda Hardy. He came back for Feminine on this “nice” meeting, but not like the others: “I was a little stressed before meeting her, but she is very comfortable and easy to approach. Her research was particular and atypical, it’s not research that we are used to dealing with, but I did it with pleasure because she is very nice!”
Martin and Fabrice Luchini
Agents are used to dealing with personalities and this allows them to build privileged relationships with certain stars. Valentin reveals to us that “Martin forged a good relationship with Fabrice Luchini following season 1. He loved dealing with him and they often have lunch together.“The job being”very personal” and asking them to “renter people’s lives”, they necessarily form special bonds, as we can see on the screen. While some celebrities easily agree to be filmed in their research, others refuse. “Actors refused”, confides Valentin. But that obviously remains their right and the Kretz family respects it.
Rentals with PSG players
If the relationship between the agency and the personalities is based on “trust and transparency”, some logically ask for more confidentiality. While it’s rare to sign a confidentiality clause, the Kretz family doesn’t always deal directly with the stars. This is especially the case withPSG football players”, with whom they have signed a few rentals, which “often go through their managers”. But no footballers on the horizon in this season 2, but properties that will continue to make you dream.
