Marvel unveils new series
Marvel has officially announced a new animated series titled Eyes of Wakanda, which will explore warriors from Wakanda’s past going on adventures around the globe to recover vibranium artifacts. This announcement was made during an exclusive screening of two episodes of season 2 of What…if?. Currently, no official release date has been announced for Eyes of Wakanda.
In addition to the new Eyes of Wakanda series, Marvel has confirmed the launch of X-Men ’97. And revealed a new name for Spider-Man: Freshman Year, which will now be known as Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. A whole program for Spidey fans.
Nostalgia
X-Men ’97 promises to reignite nostalgia for the original 1990s animated series, continuing where the story left off. The series is highly anticipated by longtime X-Men fans and is set to debut on January 2, 2024.
As for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, this series will offer a new perspective on the famous Marvel hero, Spider-Man. The title reflects a more intimate and character-centered approach to Peter Parker, and its release is scheduled for November 2, 2024.
