Available since October in early access, Marvel Snap already has some nice little content. But this one is destined to evolve, in particular from this month of December with the new season, which will add and complete the possibilities in deck building.
Indeed, one of the main additions of this season, named The Power Cosmic, are new tokens. They will allow access to new cards in the shop, in order to more easily obtain the rare cards that you have trouble collecting, to perfect your deck. The good news is that these tokens are obtained by playing, via the progression in the level of collection. You will therefore not be tempted to pay for it, confirming the free-to-play aspect of Marvel Snap, which is not pay-to-win.
In parallel, two new pools will normally be introduced with this season, pools 4 and 5. These will allow you to discover sixteen new cards, most of which have a higher rarity than those we can already come across, mostly in pool 5, with four of the six cards in this pool “ 10 times rarer “. But thanks to the tokens, you will be able to increase your chances of obtaining one of these cards, via the shop.
Among the cards presented, we have the Silver Surfer (cost 3, power 0) which increases the power of all cost 3 cards by +3, very interesting therefore. Finally, two new locations are set to appear, along with the new season, which doesn’t yet have a specific release date, but is expected to arrive in early December.
