Available for a few months, Marvel Snap continues its beautiful evolution, very often welcoming new content, especially new cards to perfect your deck. The tactic is very present, therefore, and for the moment, only the ranked mode is available, which allows little flexibility and which can put off some players, simply wanting to start a game without necessarily the competitive aspect.
As promised, it will soon be possible, since the devs are working on a mode where you can face your friends. This was announced through a new roadmap, unveiling Second Dinner Studios’ plans. This mode will be different, however, as each player will start with 10 life points, the goal being for your opponent to reach 0 before you do. To do this, you will have to win a game, and you will inflict X damage, depending on the multiplier, like Snaps. The goal is to launch this mode by February on Marvel Snap. In this same period of time, it will be possible to change your nickname, if ever the current one does not please you.
In the longer term, other very interesting things for the evolution of the card game are expected, as an unranked mode and other competitive modes. A feature, called “intelligent decks” will also be added, allowing you to complete your deck if you ever don’t know which are the best cards to add to perform. Finally, the developers are also thinking about introducing a guild system, new variants and many other things.
The future therefore looks promising for marvel snap, which could accommodate even more players if the experience improves over time. In the meantime, we remind you that it is available on PC and mobile.
