Reference in the middle of strategy games, FIRAXIS Games works on the ambitious Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Tactical combat with squads of 3 superheroes, upgradable skills to be used via a card system, rich and numerous missions accessible from a living abbey, customizable protagonist called Hunter… the title does not lack promise.
The developers are currently showing us the different playable characters through video, and have started by Captain America. Iron Man follows in his footsteps with a trailer of gameplay still just as short, but intense, in which he already drops a few valves and uses his superpowered armor.
Possessing bottomless reserves of cash and a brilliant intellect, Tony Stark knows all about privilege. He has the resources to turn any challenge into success, thanks to his own wit and the wealth of his father’s company. After a deadly bomb exploded, he even turned the shrapnel lodged in his chest and threatening his heart into a net advantage: this prompted him to perfect not only his innovative arc reactor, but also a high-tech armor.
However, Tony is also aware of how lucky he is… and is even a bit confrontational about it. Of all the descriptions commonly applied to him – millionaire, playboy, genius – he decided he preferred “hero”. He wants to see his technology reshape the world, but unlike his father, he wants that change to be positive.
Its arsenal and its technologies will not be too much to challenge Lilith and his minions. Marvel’s Midnight Suns will be available on October 7, 2022 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and you can pre-order your copy from €69.99 on Amazon.co.uk.
