Masquerade trailer: after OSS 117 3, Pierre Niney finds Nicolas Bedos for a wild waltz

Screened at Cannes, Masquerade unveils its first images. The new feature film by Nicolas Bedos, worn by Pierre Niney, will be released in cinemas on November 1.

After OSS 117 Red Alert in Black Africa, released in August 2021, Nicolas Bedos is already back with Masquerade. The director finds Pierre Niney, who camped OSS 1001 alongside Jean Dujardin.

This time, the actor slips into the costume of Adrien, an attractive dancer with a career shattered by a motorcycle accident. The latter squanders his youth in the idleness of the Côte d’Azur, maintained by Martha, a former glory of cinema.

His life changes when he meets Margot, a fascinating creature who lives off scams and amorous manipulations. Together, they will fantasize about a better life and set up a diabolical scheme, a sentimental masquerade.

Filmed last summer near Nice, Mascarade brings together a prestigious cast. Around Pierre Niney are gathered Isabelle Adjani, François Cluzet, Marine Vacth, Charles Berling and Emmanuelle Devos. A poster was also unveiled.

Presented Out of Competition at the Cannes Film Festival, Mascarade will be released in theaters on November 1, 2022. Note that Pierre Niney has had a string of cinema successes lately, from Black Box (1.1 million admissions) to Goliath (800,000) via OSS 117 3 (1.6 million) or the more intimate Amants (260,000).
