Anker 521 PowerHouse: New charging station for on the go
Anker already offers several charging stations abroad. With the Anker 521 PowerHouse it now has a first model made to Germany. The manufacturer sees the area of application above all on the go, for example when camping. Even in emergencies, the station can provide electricity, at least temporarily. Devices are simply connected to the station’s socket.
In addition to the classic socket, the charging station offers two USB-A outputs and one USB-C connection next to a 12-volt car port. According to Anker, a Charge your phone up to 20 times, where the actual value depends on the capacity of the smartphone battery. The manufacturer speaks of four charges for laptops, and a WLAN router should be able to be supplied with electricity for 19 hours. The station can keep drinks in mini fridges cool for five hours.
When fully charged, the Anker 521 PowerHouse offers a Capacity of 256 watt hours. The internal battery should reach 80 percent capacity in 1.5 hours. Despite the power, the station is neither particularly large nor particularly heavy compared to similar devices. The weight is 4.3 kg with dimensions of only 21.6 x 21.1 x 14.4 cm.
