MASTRAD announces the appointment of Ludovic de Nicolay as Deputy Managing Director.

MASTRAD (FR0004155687 –ALMAS), a foodtech pioneer specializing in temperature measurement, announces the appointment of Ludovic de Nicolay as Deputy Managing Director. His mission will be to support the Chairman and CEO, Mathieu Lion, in the development of the Group.
Ludovic de Nicolay joins Mastrad with management experience combining commercial and technical expertise. He was for 5 years in charge of the digital division specialized in the IoT of the Zekat Group, in Angers, where he led the development of several technological projects around connected objects in logistics and agriculture, through external growth or organic. Previously, he developed for the Delta Dore group an activity of energy management of the parks of tertiary buildings (bank, retail, land). Telecom engineer and holder of an MBA from ESSEC, Ludovic started his career in strategy consulting at Accenture.
Its arrival aims to support the dynamics of refocusing on temperature monitoring in the food industry and catering sector. In a context of growing demands in terms of food transparency, cooking precision on the part of consumers, but also a desire to share quality collective experiences, the Mastrad Group, through its ORKA brand, intends to develop its activities as well among consumers and professionals in the sector. In a rapidly growing market, the group is structuring its management team to strengthen its presence and develop a complete range of products and solutions for monitoring the temperature from the field to the plate. Based on its recent commercial successes of high added value connected temperature probes, the Mastrad group intends to complete its product range and its temperature data recovery solutions to support catering and simplify traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
