Following the annual ordinary and extraordinary Combined General Meeting held on January 4, 2023, we inform you that all the resolutions were adopted unanimously, including the 11th resolution relating to a capital reduction motivated by losses by reduction of the nominal value of the share from €0.14 to €0.02 (without modifying the number of shares).
