New photo shows how much fun he had in Copenhagen

Mats Hummels made good use of his injury-related break: Last weekend (9/10 October) the BVB star went to Copenhagen.
Together with his friend Johannes Mösmang, 30, the footballer had a good time: The two friends explored the Danish capital by bike, dined in the hippest restaurants in town and ended the evening in the luxury club “Museo”.
Mats Hummels in a party mood
Only members come in here – the guest list is limited. The club describes itself on Instagram as “the number one nightclub in Scandinavia”. So it’s no wonder that Mats Hummels, 32, didn’t want to miss this experience. Conversely, it was apparently similar. The owners of the location were so happy about the visit of the German soccer star that they shared a photo of his visit on Instagram. They comment briefly on the snapshot, which shows Mats grinning and in a celebratory mood, with the word “legend”. It seems that Hummels can be sure that he will get access to the exclusive nightclub without any problems on his next visit to Copenhagen.
Culinary weekend trip
The athlete himself shares more photos from his trip to Copenhagen on Instagram. “Little Denmark spam from the weekend. Now we are working again,” writes Hummels about a series of photos. In one selfie, he and travel companion Jonas smile blissfully into the camera, in another the 32-year-old examines his wine glass. Still other shots show the great restaurants in which the two friends were allowed to feast. When it comes to culinary delights, Mats and Jonas seem to have got their money’s worth.
Among other things, the two dined in the “POPL Burger” bar in the city center. The restaurant was created by the founders of the famous star eatery “Noma”, which was again named the best restaurant in the world this year. They dined on another evening in the three-star restaurant “Geranium“. An all-round successful trip!
