(CercleFinance.com) – Mauna Kea Technologies announces today that it has taken a new key step in its strategic partnership with Tasly Pharmaceutical Group with the creation of a joint venture in China with a capital of 35 million euros, Tasly Mauna Kea Medical Engineering Technology Co. Ltd, a structure domiciled in the Chinese province of Zheijang.
Mauna Kea specifies that this joint venture will serve as an exclusive commercial platform to extend the reach of Cellvizio in the Chinese domestic market and will launch a platform dedicated to neurosurgical applications worldwide.
