(Boursier.com) – By letter received on December 22 at the AMF, the American company Armistice Capital, LLC, acting on behalf of the Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd. which it manages, declared to have crossed down, on December 16, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and the voting rights of the company Mauna Kea Technologies. On behalf of the fund, it holds 2,196,894 Mauna Kea Technologies shares representing as many voting rights, ie 4.96% of the capital and 4.81% of the voting rights of the company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the sale of Mauna Kea Technologies shares on the market.
Under the general regulations, Armistice Capital Master Fund has specified that it holds 2,363,000 warrants exercisable until September 23, 2029, giving the right to as many Mauna Kea Technologies shares at a price of 1.10 euros per share.
