Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of May 17, 2022
The Combined General Meeting of Maurel & Prom shareholders was held today under the chairmanship of Mr John Anis.
Resolutions
The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders adopted all of the resolutions on the agenda and in particular approved the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year.
The General Meeting also approved the payment of a dividend of €0.14 (fourteen euro cents) per share. The dividend will be paid on July 5, 2022, the ex-dividend date is July 1, 2022 and the record date is July 4, 2022.
Composition of the Board of Directors and its Committees
The General Meeting renewed the directorships of Mr John Anis and Mr Harry Zen, and approved the appointment of Mr Marc Blaizot as an independent director.
Thus, Maurel & Prom’s Board of Directors is made up of 8 members, including 3 independent directors*. Among these 8 directors, 4 are women representing 50% of the members of the Board.
