MBWS: reduction in the size of the Board of Directors

(Boursier.com) — During its meeting on February 13, the Board of Directors of Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS) took note of the resignations of Ms. Pascale Anquetil and Mr. Serge Héringer from their directorships.

In the interest of efficiency in the work of the Board and in order to adapt its size to the organization of the company, the Board of Directors decided that these positions would be eliminated.

The MBWS Board of Directors now consists of 10 members, including 2 independent directors.
