McDonald’s: Credit Suisse raises its target before the accounts

(CercleFinance.com) – Credit Suisse on Wednesday raised its price target for McDonald’s from $292 to $298 ahead of the fast food giant’s fourth quarter release.

According to the intermediary, the favorable momentum enjoyed by the American group continued at the end of last year, in particular thanks to the launch of the Happy Meal menu for adults, the return of Halloween and McRib offers, but also thanks to the special offers offered daily on its application.

Regarding the 2023 financial year, the analyst – who remains at ‘outperformance’ on the title – says he appreciates the defensive economic model of McDonald’s, which he considers well placed regardless of consumer morale, which should favor the resistance of its activity.

McDonald’s is scheduled to release its fourth quarter results on Tuesday, January 31.
