(Boursier.com) — MDxHealth SA held the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (AGE).
Items on the agenda of the EGMs included the issuance of a new subscription rights plan (share options) called the “2023 Share Option Plan” and the renewal of the authorization to the Board of administration to increase the capital within the framework of the authorized capital.
There was no quorum requirement for the EGM. The proposed resolutions submitted were duly adopted.
