(CercleFinance.com) – Invest Securities announces this morning that it is maintaining its ‘neutral’ advice on the Medesis share, with an unchanged price target of 3.3 euros.
While the Commercial Court of Montpellier condemned Medesis to pay 1.4 ME to Bpifrance, ‘Medesis decided to appeal this judgment after announcing its first intention to discuss with the Management of Bpifrance to identify a suitable repayment plan. ‘, reports the
‘ At this stage, we have identified 3 possible scenarios, the central scenario seeming to us the most likely if Medesis manages to demonstrate that the subsidies received (representing nearly half of the amount required by Bpifrance) and not repayable in theory, n ‘do not have to be reimbursed in the context of this dispute’, indicates the broker.
