Anyone who wants to buy a drone from the Chinese manufacturer DJI at MediaMarkt or Saturn will not find what they are looking for. The two German retailers have removed the products from the range and are responding to serious allegations against the Chinese manufacturer. DJI has now spoken up.

DJI drones are some of the best in the world. They are extremely popular in Germany because they are very easy to fly. So simple that the Russian military uses drones made by Chinese manufacturer DJI in the war of aggression against Ukraine. At least that’s the accusation. According to MediaMarkt, it has received several indications in the past few days that DJI drones are being used by the Russian military for military purposes. That’s why we decided to do it, for the time being no longer sell DJI products at MediaMarkt and Saturn:

A response from DJI was not long in coming. The Chinese company says that the serious allegations are false. We do not support “any use that harms the life, rights and interests of people”.
