Halloween costumes celebrate pop culture

No ghosts and skeletons: This year, many celebrities slipped into costumes that were inspired by famous colleagues and film characters.
“Halloween is my favorite day of the year,” says model Heidi Klum (50) – and many other celebrities probably feel the same way. Especially in the USA, the VIPs got really creative again around October 31st. Striking: Many transformed into other well-known personalities from film, television and music.
Lizzo as Tina Turner
Singer Lizzo (35) for example, paid homage to a rock legend. As a “honor” she slipped into the clothes and wig of Tina Turner (1939-2023). She had quite a bit of fun transforming into the famous musician, as can be seen on her Instagram account. There she posed exuberantly in Turner style.
Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon as Kanye West and Bianca Censori
Metal legend Ozzy Osbourne (74) and his wife Sharon (71) dressed up for Halloween in a very tongue-in-cheek way: They took inspiration from the somewhat bizarre looks that rapper Kanye West (46) and his partner Bianca Censori wore this year , scandalous vacation in Italy.
The 74-year-old Osbourne was accordingly not really visible under a black maskwhile Sharon Osbourne copied Censori’s “naked look” and just held a pillow in front of her body.
Kourtney Kardashian as Kim Kardashian
The heavily pregnant Kourtney Kardashian (44) took advantage of her large baby bump and copied an iconic performance from her sister Kim (43). In 2013, she presented her pregnancy curves in a tight floral dress at the Met Gala in New York.
Jessica Alba as Britney Spears
Actress Jessica Alba (42) went to the “Casamigos Halloween Party” as Britney Spears (41). “An Icon”, she wrote on Instagram and posed with a friend in the pop star’s iconic looks. Alba wore a transparent, skin-tight suit like Spears once did in the music video for her hit “Toxic”. Spears’ friend Paris Hilton (42) also came to the same party in a look from this video: She chose the famous blue flight attendant uniform. Later, the hotel heiress also dressed up as singer Katy Perry (39) in a fly agaric outfit.
Movie characters were also very popular
Singer Ariana Grande (30) turned the clock to 1995 back and transformed into the character of Elizabeth Berkley in “Showgirls”. She was supported by a friend.
Hailey (26) and Justin Bieber (29) also took a trip back in time for Halloween: they paid homage to the iconic “Flinstone Family”. They came to Vas Morgan and Michael Braun’s party in Los Angeles as Stone Age man Fred Feuerstein and his daughter Pebbles.
Singer Ed Sheeran (32) took the horror film “Chucky – The Murderer Doll” as his model. He showed himself on his Instagram page in his version of the famous horror character.
Rapper Sean Combs (53) dressed up in a deceptively real Batman costume for Halloween. The famous Batmobile of the “Dark Knight” was also a must for the perfect disguise. The corresponding, high-quality video, Combs shared on Instagram.
Scandal couple Megan Fox (37) and Machine Gun Kelly (33) chose “Kill Bill” costumes for a party, singer Adele (35) appeared as “Addams Family” character Morticia at an appearance in Las Vegas. Rapper Ice Spice (23) appeared on stage in New Jersey as the cartoon character Betty Boop. Kim Kardashian and her daughter North West (10) left the Comedy “Clueless” from 1995 revive again.
And some of the guests at Heidi Klum’s Halloween party in New York were also in the 2023 Halloween trend: singer Camila Cabello (26), for example, appeared as actress Anne Hathaway (40) in the cult Disney film “Suddenly Princess”. “GNTM” winner Vivien Blotzki (22) transformed into singer Madonna (65) and photographer Thomas Hayo (54) into Keanu Reeves (59) character Neo from the “Matrix” films.
