According to a source close to the 55-year-old man, who confided in the Mirror, this request comes as “Tom Senior has had a series of health issues and his son wants to do his best by eliminating any stress. Cases in America last for months or years, so it will be a weight on Tom Snr’s mind. It will help him focus on his recovery.” Already the victim of a heart attack at the time of the wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, and while the links with his daughter have deteriorated considerably after clichés published in the press, Thomas Senior is currently recovering from a stroke.
This case of photos is also one of the reasons for the request for placement under guardianship of Thomas Junior. According to the Mirror, the latter will indeed represent his father in the legal case which opposes him to the British photographer Jeff Rayner for staged photos taken before the wedding of Meghan with prince harry in 2018, which led to a rift in the relationship between Meghan and her father. At present, Thomas Markle Senior still hasn’t met Harry or his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibeth.
