In Fort McHenry, a former military fort in Baltimore, she shone in a fuchsia-colored A-line dress with striking details – maybe too striking?
Because not only the bright color of the sleeveless design caught the eye, the gathering at the waist was also an eye-catcher. It was complemented by two black bows, which hardly harmonized with the rest of the dress. Even as loops, the two black applications were difficult to see.
