The LoL transfer window begins at T1 in LCK: two new departures are announced, and Bengi, present in the workforce since 2013, is finally promoted to head coach of the team.

The League of Legends transfer window begins on October 21 but has already started well in LCK. While DWG KIA is renewing a good part of its workforce, T1 is mainly concerned with its coaching staff. A few days after the departure of general manager Polt, it is Kim “moment” Ji-hwan jumping ship. The coach, at the club since the 2020 season, had done a freelance as assistant head of the team, but also coach of the Challengers team.

His departure is associated with that of Kim “Asper” Tae-gi, substitute support, promoted at the start of the season from this same academy team. The former Gen.G and HLE support, 22, has never started in an LCK team so far. Its point of fall is not yet known.

Finally, following these changes, a first arrival is formalized. Or rather a promotion, since it is Bae “Bengi” Seong-woong who will take the reins of the roster for the 2023 season.. Acting head coach since September, when Polt had lost this function after an unappreciated end to the season among the leaders of T1, Bengi was able to send his team to the final of the Worlds 2022. Successful interim therefore, and the faithful of the structure, (since 2013) is finally rewarded in this transfer window.
