The Spring Split 2023 transfer window has started on League of Legends, and it is now the LCK that is getting into battle order. Thus, overnight, two structures announced the free agency of their entire roster. On the one hand, the world champions DRX revealed the effective end of the contract of the 5 champions, Kingen, Pyosik, Zeka, Deft and Beryl. If the club is probably looking to keep at least part of the team, the negotiations have not yet been successful. Deft, Kingen and Zeka are notably announced an additional season.
DRX also announces the end of the contract for the coaching staff, with Mowgli (coach), Ssong (head coach) and Shine (coach) as well as the head coach of the LCK CL team, DRX Challengers, Expression.
DRX announces the contracts with Hwang ‘Kingen’ Sung-hoon, Hong ‘Pyosik’ Chang-hyun, Kim ‘Zeka’ Geon-woo, Kim ‘Deft’ Hyeok-gyu, Jo ‘BeryL’ Geon-hee have been expired.

As the contracts expired, DRX issued a terse statement on Twitter to a roster that lifted the ultimate title:
DRX sincerely appreciates the five players being part of the team’s brightest journey. In order to continue the pleasant challenge with these players, DRX will contact them to try to renew their contracts.
At the same time, another LCK team announced the end of their entire roster, that’s NS Red Force. The 8th of the two splits this year will no doubt quickly want to forget this season and announces that it has failed to renew the contracts of Canna, Dread, Bdd, Ghost, Effort, SnowFlower and coach Comet.
In view of the club’s message, there would be no desire to extend them, the team will therefore seek to secure the best possible players for the 2023 season. As for the LEC or LCS, the LCK transfer window has therefore indeed begun.
[OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT]
NS RedForce has decided to part ways with the LCK team’s Canna, Dread, Bdd, Ghost, Effort, SnowFlower, and Comet.
