A few hours after the rumor unveiled by anonymity on Twitter, the networks ignited, propelling the player into the TTs of the day. Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski, the Polish jungler of G2 Esports, will sign with Team Heretics, the new structure of the LEC. According to the sources, a contract buyout at €100,000 is in the balance and would have been paid by the Spanish team to secure the services of the LEC veteran.

The Pole plays for G2 Esports since the 2018 season, and his current contract had been renewed until the end of the season. But in mid-October, his organization had left him free to seek other opportunities, the structure wishing to renew itself massively on all esports scenes, especially after a complicated end to the LoL season, and the ocelote affair leading to the forced resignation of the club’s emblematic boss.
If the signature is formalized, the bulk of the transfer window should be almost complete for all LEC teams, and the remaining places are now scarce unless there is a surprise turnaround. On the G2 side, the roster would probably consist of Broken Blade, Yuke, caps, Hans Sama and Mikyx. For his part, Jankos would be associated with Evi, Ruby, Jackspektra and Mersa at Team Heretics.
