(CercleFinance.com) – Axa Investment Managers, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on July 7, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Mercialys, as a result of an acquisition of shares off and on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 4,733,651 Mercialys shares representing the same number of voting rights, ie 5.04% of the capital and voting rights of this commercial real estate company.
