(Boursier.com) — Mercialys was informed, on November 29, 2022, by a declaration of crossing of statutory thresholds that the company Generali Vie, a subsidiary of the Generali group in France, crossed downwards the statutory thresholds of 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1% of the capital and voting rights of the Company on November 25, 2022. It should be noted that Generali Vie no longer has a representative on Mercialys’ Board of Directors since July 1, 2022.
