These excellent results reward the Company’s CSR commitments and performances.
Mercialys obtains a score of 89/100, a score significantly higher than the average of GRESB respondents, which stands at 75/100 in 2023. The company also maintains its “Green Star” status, the highest benchmark category, for the 7th consecutive year.
Mercialys is particularly valued for its CSR management integrated into the heart of the company’s strategy. It obtains the maximum score in the “management” and “objectives” categories, recognition of the ambitious objectives set in its CSR strategy 4 Fair Impacts for 2030.
Mercialys is also recording progress in its CSR performance, particularly in terms of certification of its assets, greenhouse gas emissions and waste management. These results salute the quality of the actions consistently deployed by the Company through its shopping center portfolio on these three key areas of its CSR strategy.
