Merguez sausages and salads withdrawn from supermarkets by prefectural decree

These include duck merguez and Monique Ranoux and Top Budget salads.

Duck merguez from the Les Thomasines brand will not be on your plate this weekend and for good reason: these products from the brand, which offers duck-based specialties, have also been recalled due to detection of salmonella. These sausages have been removed from supermarkets. As a reminder, the bacteria can cause fever, stomach aches and diarrhea.

Many prepared salads, such as the Breton salad Monique Ranou, or the Piedmontese salad with Top Budget ham, have also been withdrawn from stores, on the grounds that the potatoes showed microbial development.

All product recalls are available on the Rappel conso website.
