(CercleFinance.com) – Mersen announces two appointments to its Executive Committee: Sylvie Guiganti, Director of Information Systems, and Delphine Jacquemont, Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee is now made up of 10 members, including 3 women.
Sylvie Guiganti joined the Mersen group in May 2017 as Director of Information Systems. As such, it has drawn up a medium-term plan for the Group’s IT transformation.
Delphine Jacquemont joined the Mersen group as Group Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors in February 2020.
