The CEO of Immersed, Renji Bijoy, included the clip as a GIF in a blog post. The first images show what seems to be the next Meta Quest Pro, followed by a passage revealing the pass-through helmet color. the GIF has since been removed from the original article but has been copied (much to our delight) several times after its initial publication.
In the different leaks of these last weeks, we had been able to see the Meta Quest Pro in action (see article) or in photo (see article). And it is this last point in particular that interests us here. You probably remember this photo:
At the time of its release, many protested that the helmet had to let in a lot of light, for those who have already experienced it, this greatly affects comfort and immersion. Well rest assured, the GIF of Jewel shows the helmet with side blinkers that block the light which, without them, would occur on the periphery of our vision.
Meta has not yet revealed if said facial interface will be included in the helmet. Note that the blinkers that we see here only seem to cover the sides and not the underside of the eyes, as is usually done.
While the view of the real world on Meta Quest 2 is displayed in low-resolution black and white, the Meta Quest Pro revealed by Meta has higher definition color cameras as well as a depth sensor. Both of these technologies aim to make mixed reality practical.

Last week, mark zuckerberg showed us a mixed reality fencing game, but its clip also suffered from heavy video compression. To clarify the situation, we will have to wait until we get our hands on it, so wait and see!
The release of the Meta Quest Pro is – according to rumors – scheduled for this month, and the annual event of meta on AR/VR, which will take place on October 11, is expected to outline the company’s next steps.
