Metadvertise informs its shareholders that its Combined General Meeting will be held on
Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11 a.m.
at 29 boulevard de Courcelles, 75008 Paris.
The notice of meeting serving as a notice of meeting, including the agenda and the text of the resolutions presented to the General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of May 19, 2023, bulletin n°60. The procedures for participating in and voting at this Meeting are set out in this notice and on the Metadvertise website.
