The judicial administrators of METALLIANCE have launched a call for tenders as part of a plan to sell the company. This decision follows the opening of the company’s receivership decided by the Dijon Commercial Court on May 17, 2024 (see CP of May 19, 2024)
The deadline for submission of offers is June 17 at noon.

As a reminder, METALLIANCE is a subsidiary 97% owned by the GAUSSIN Group. During the publication of revenues as of December 31, 2023 (see CP of February 14, 2023), METALLIANCE and its underground works activity generated a turnover of €23.3 million in 2023. This activity thus contributes up to 65% of the Group’s consolidated turnover.
