(CercleFinance.com) – The Metavisio laptop group announces that it has obtained from the Indian government the referencing and accreditation to produce and deliver all of its IT solutions on its territory.
Its Indian subsidiary has in fact just been validated last week on the government tender site (GEM) as an OEM able to supply ‘Made in India’ through a partnership with a major assembly plant and of local manufacture.
‘This certification, which has become more complicated as the government wanted to promote local manufacturing, is required to authorize Metavisio to respond to any major tender via this platform, which could start today’ , he points out.
In addition, in order to support the acceleration of its growth, Metavisio announces the establishment of a term capital increase program (PACT) with Alpha Blue Ocean within the limit of three million shares.
As part of this program, Alpha Blue Ocean has undertaken to subscribe, as of today and for a period of 24 months, at the company’s request, to capital increases in tranches of between 0.5 and a million shares.
