(Boursier.com) — Metavision a French company specializing in the design, production and marketing of laptop computers, carried out a capital increase on September 20 by issuing 1,648,692 shares with the removal of shareholders’ preferential subscription rights for the benefit of a restricted circle of investors acting on their own behalf.
The Board of Directors of September 18, 2024 decided, by virtue of the delegation of authority granted to it by the general meeting of shareholders of May 16, 2024 in its eighteenth resolution, in principle to increase capital by a nominal amount of 214,329.96 euros by issuing 1,648,692 shares with removal of the shareholders’ preferential subscription rights and to reserve the right to subscribe for the exclusive benefit of a restricted circle of investors acting on their own behalf.
The subscription price of the new shares is 0.5156 euros per new ordinary share, equivalent to an issue premium of 0.3856 euros per share.
The subscription forms received show the subscription of 1,648,692 shares paid up in cash or similar, for a total amount of 850,065.60 euros, issue premium included, i.e. a capital increase with a nominal value of 214,329.96 euros.
Following this capital increase, the company’s share capital will amount to 3,808,707.11 euros, divided into 29,297,747 shares with a nominal value of 0.13 euros, fully paid up and all of the same categories.
