(CercleFinance.com) – METabolic EXplorer (Metex) indicates that the deadline for submission of offers for Metex Noovistago, initially set for May 6, has been extended to May 27 in order to allow potential buyers to position themselves, no offers having been received at this stage.
This period will in particular allow the Avril group to continue the study of a project to take over the activities of this subsidiary and part of the R&D activity of Metex, a project in particular conditioned on the intervention alongside it of one or more public partners.
Given the situation to date, no resumption of trading of the METabolic EXplorer share is anticipated, trading of which was suspended today at the request of the company specializing in fermentation processes.
