(CercleFinance.com) – The Méthanor share is among the strongest risers on the Paris market on Wednesday following the announcement by the investment company dedicated to renewable energies of the sale of its stakes in two hydroelectric power stations.
The company specializing in the financing and operation of renewable energy projects indicates that it has sold its shares in the companies operating the Chavort and Aqua Bella power plants for a total amount of 1.9 million euros.
The company specifies that these transactions are part of a “portfolio overhaul operation”.
After taking into account these disposals and the very good results of the 1st half of 2022, Méthanor says it is able to announce a ‘sequential increase’ in its net profit at the end of the second half of 2022.
Since its creation, Méthanor has carried out a total of fifteen financing operations for renewable energy projects, in equity, quasi-equity or debt, and continues to study various investment opportunities.
At 11:00 a.m., the stock gained 4.2% while at the same time, the CAC Mid & Small rose 1%.
