Metropolitan area: Hamburg investigators get their own film

The Hamburg investigators from the "metropolitan area" can look forward to their own TV film. Filming has already started.

The team from the 14th Hamburg Police Department has been in action for 35 years. Now something big is about to happen to the investigators of the crime series "Großstadtrevier": A 90-minute TV film is now being shot in the Hanseatic city. The actors Saskia Fischer (54), Maria Ketikidou (54), Peter Fieseler (43), Wanda Perdelwitz (36), Patrick Abozen (35), Sven Fricke (40) and Marc Zwinz (46) are part of the party, like the NDR announced on Monday (August 24th). Shooting should take place until September 21st.

A brawl, no witnesses and a murder?

The provisional title of the feature film, penned by Norbert Eberlein (64): "Großstadtrevier – St. Pauli, 6:07 am". Because it is 6:07 a.m. when Nina Sieveking's (Perdelwitz) life turns out of joint. When the policewoman tries to settle an argument in the subway, she is brutally beaten. Your colleagues set out to find the perpetrators – and witnesses. But apparently none of the train passengers want to have seen anything. When a dead person is found on the Elbe beach, police officer Nina herself is the target of the investigation.

The "Großstadtrevier" film is set to celebrate its TV premiere next year. According to the NDR, broadcasting on the primetime slot "DonnerstagKrimi im Erste" is planned.
