Metropolitan area: These actors are long-running crime thrillers

The "metropolitan area" gets reinforcements: Enrique Fiß and Torsten Münchow are the newcomers to the long-running crime thriller.

Enrique Fiß (27) and Torsten Münchow (54) are the newcomers to the "metropolitan area". The two actors can be seen in the popular ARD series from spring.

Who is playing whom?

Münchow plays the new watch on duty Helmut Husmann. "Helmut Husmann is someone who has already seen everything, the good and the bad. He was a drug investigator, Kiez cop and motorcycle cop. Now I'm the oldest in the district, a guy with great experience and a big heart," he describes 54-year-old his figure.

As a very unconventional investigator Nils Sanchez, Fiß forms a team with Harry Möller (Maria Ketikidou). "Nils can be snotty, is emotional, sometimes a little hasty, but just as honest and straight. He is passionate about being on the streets of Hamburg with Harry, just as I am with Maria myself," the 26-year-old summarizes his character . Fiß comes fresh from the theater stage in Erlangen to the "Großstadtrevier".

Farewell to Marc Zwinz and Peter Fieseler

The two newcomers replace Marc Zwinz (46) and Peter Fieseler (43) alias Hannes Krabbe and Piet Wellbrook. The farewell of the two can be seen in the episode "Die Freiheit", which will be broadcast next year.

The broadcast of 18 new episodes as well as the "Großstadtrevier" film "St. Pauli, 6:07 am" is expected to start in spring 2021. Helmut Husmann and Nils Sanchez will be featured in the sixth episode of the season entitled "The Two Musketeers" (AT ) make their first appearance.
