Michael B. Jordan actually wanted to train as a Jedi Knight for “The Awakening of Power” – only the audition failed.

The call of power was there, but Michael B. Jordan (34) could not follow it. Like the “Creed” star now in the Podcast from the industry site “Variety” revealed, he was able to get an audition for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” in 2013 – but that went really wrong.

“That was probably one of my worst auditions so far,” remembers Jordan, trying to explain. He simply would not have had access to his character and the script, because many of the stage directions in the script remained very vague in many places. With such big blockbusters, “everything is always indefinite and super secret,” the actor continues.

“I definitely screwed that up,” continued Jordan. He even fled the audition after the end.
