Michael Douglas, 79, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, 54, have come up with something for their children. The two actors are parents to Dylan, 23, and Carys, 20. The two are now going their own ways. The Hollywood couple only likes to accompany their offspring on vacation. “We take good trips. We seduce them with good travel destinations,” jokes Douglas in the US “Today” show.

“Catherine and I are blessed that our children Dylan and Carys still enjoy traveling with us,” he says. For the two-time Oscar winner, it is a “pleasure” to have his children around him. “Especially if you don’t force them. I said, ‘Catherine, look, they actually want to hang out with us,'” he explains. The family’s last vacation together took them to India for five weeks at Christmas time. “And we’re constantly planning what our trips will be in the next year and where we’ll go,” says Douglas.

Douglas shares pictures from family vacations

On his Instagram account the actor likes to take his 1.6 million followers with him on exclusive trips with his loved ones. In December, the film producer shared snapshots from India in which he smiled at the camera with his family in beautiful settings. “Sightseeing in India with the best,” he wrote alongside the vacation photos.

Michael Douglas has a total of three children

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones met in 1998. Two years later they married at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The two children made the marital bliss perfect. Douglas still has his 45-year-old son Cameron from his first marriage to Diandra Luker, 68.
